Where do we ship to?
We ship our products from Spain to the following countries: Spain*, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta , Netherlands, Portugal*, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden.
- Spain : we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Portugal : we do not ship to Azores and Madeira Islands.
- United Kingdom - UK : We ship with Express Shipping only. Check rates at checkout.
*For shipping to islands or remote areas, please contact support@myroik.com .
Shipping times
Once confirmed, if your order has been placed before 2:00 PM, it will be processed that same day and will be ready to leave our warehouse within a maximum period of 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If any reference has a delayed delivery, we indicate it on the product sheet with an estimated date.
Make sure all your order details are correct to expedite delivery.

The delivery time could be longer during designated dates such as Black Friday or Christmas.
Returns and Exchanges
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without signs of use and with the original label attached.

Logistics information related to your return
- Gift cards or exchanges are completely free.
- Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €3.95 per refund
- Returns of orders from EU countries have a cost of €6.95 per refund
- Returns of orders from outside the EU have a cost of €15 per refund
Once we have received the package, we will process the refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method used in your purchase. Remember that the return process can take up to 15 days.
