Once confirmed, your order will be ready to leave our warehouse in a maximum of 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Make sure your details are correct in order to speed up the delivery of your parcel.

NB: The delivery might take a little longer during the high season.
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to request a return. Bear in mind the product must be in perfect conditions and with its original packaging. We highly recommend using conventional post to return your order: the cost of this return will be borne by the customer. Once we have received your parcel, we will proceed with the refund of the order through the same payment method used on your purchase. Bear in mind the return procedure can take up to 15 days.
If you wish to exchange your wallet, proceed with a return and place a new order. If you need your new order to arrive as soon as possible, and you have already returned the previous order, place a new order without hesitation. Remember that the return process can last up to 15 days.
