Where do we deliver?
We deliver our products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.*

Regular Shipment 10-20 working days with tracking - FREE
*For shipping to islands or remote areas, please consult firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once confirmed, your order will be ready to leave our warehouse in a maximum of 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Make sure your details are correct in order to speed up the delivery of your parcel.
NB: The delivery might take a little longer during the sales and high season.
Exchanges and Returns
If once you receive your ROIK, you are not totally convinced and you wish to proceed to an exchange for another colour of the same model*, or to a return, please write us at email@example.com or contact us via our contact form, we will give you the further steps.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a return.
Please remind that the item must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.
We recommend you to use conventional post in order to send back your parcel; the cost will be assumed by the customer.
Once we have received your return shipment, we will proceed with the exchange you requested or to the refund of the corresponding amount via the same payment method you chose to place the order.
*If you wish to exchange your ROIK for a different model, you need to proceed with the return of your item (you will receive a refund) and to place a new order on our website.
We take great care and attention with our products, but if you spot something that's not quite right, please get in touch and we'd be delighted to assist you by exchanging any item that's within its guarantee period.
