EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

If once you receive your ROIK you decide it’s not for you, or if you’d like to swap yours for a different model, send us an email at [email protected] or via our online form, and we’ll take you through the relevant steps. You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund or an exchange. Remember that the product needs to be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we’ve received your package, we’ll either issue you a refund using the the same payment method that was used to purchase the item, or process the exchange that you’ve requested. In all return and exchange cases the cost of returning the product will be paid for by the ROIK user. ROIK will also not be responsible for items which may have been lost in transit. If the return is under guarantee Roik will return the shipment cost after recieving and checking the item returned.
