DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipment

 

We offer free delivery of our wallets to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Once the order has been confirmed, the product will be sent to the address stated by the customer during the purchasing process. This will take from 2 to 12 working days, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

 

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)      Express Shipment 2-3 working days

Other countries                                             Express Shipment 2-3 working days / Regular Shipment 7–12 working days

 

Exchanges and Returns

 

If once you receive your ROIK you decide it’s not for you, or if you’d like to swap yours for a different model, send us an email at support@myroik.com or via our online Contact form and we’ll take you through the relevant steps.  You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund or an exchange. Please make sure you return your ROIK in original condition, and in the original packaging,  we recomment using regular post. Once we’ve received your package, we’ll either issue you a refund using the same payment method that was used to purchase the item, or process the exchange that you’ve requested.

 

For a refund to be agreed to, you’ll need to have informed us previously via email at support@myroik.com or via our online Contact form.

 

We take great care and attention with our products, but if you spot something that's not quite right, please get in touch and we'd be delighted to assist you by exchanging any item that's within its guarantee period.

If you place your order between December 1st and Decembre 31st, you've got 50 days to request a refund or an exchange. Happy Holidays!
